AC e EC: le differenze<\/h2>\n

Il motore a corrente alternata<\/strong> (CA) \u00e8 indotto dalla tensione di ingresso della corrente alternata. Questo processo genera la rotazione del campo magnetico che, a sua volta, induce corrente nel rotore. Tuttavia, la velocit\u00e0<\/strong> del motore AC \u00e8 fissa<\/strong>, poich\u00e9 \u00e8 legata alla frequenza della rete elettrica: solitamente si raggiungono al massimo i 3600 giri\/min.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I ventilatori EC<\/strong> (Electronically Commutated) utilizzano invece un motore brushless a corrente continua,<\/strong> controllato da una scheda elettronica. Sono dotati di un magnete permanente nel rotore e di bobine di rame nello statore.<\/p>\n

I ventilatori AC funzionano esclusivamente tramite alimentazione a corrente alternata. Il loro consumo energetico<\/strong> \u00e8 pi\u00f9 elevato rispetto a quello dei ventilatori EC.<\/p>\n

I ventilatori EC offrono invece maggiore flessibilit\u00e0 nelle configurazioni: possono essere forniti con certificazioni IP55, IP68 e ATEX<\/strong> su richiesta del cliente. Inoltre, dispongono di funzionalit\u00e0 aggiuntive come tachimetro termico, QDN e PWM.<\/p>\n
