Gap Filler Liquids
KERATHERM gap filler liquids (GFL) are highly thermally conductive and electrically insulating two-component materials based on silicone or polyurethane. The good flow properties and ‘wet-on-wet’ application allow even large component tolerances and gaps to be compensated and bridged, which is a great advantage for sensitive electronic assemblies. Thanks to the low thermal resistance, heat is transferred from the heat source (e.g. electronic) to the heat sink (e.g. heat sink) in an extremely efficient way.
